The hotel location was perfect, nestled in a quiet countryside area but still just a short drive away from the city. We enjoyed the great value demi-pension rate which included delicious French cuisine. the hotel staff was very welcoming and accommodating.
Our room felt a bit cramped and outdated in terms of decor. We also had to ask for some basic amenities like crockery and milk for our coffee.

This hotel offers incredible value for money. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the beautiful surroundings. The location on a hill in an ancient hamlet in the middle of quiet countryside is simply breathtaking. It's a great base for exploring the nearby prehistoric monuments. The rooms with air con are comfortable and well-maintained, and the staff provides excellent service. The breakfast is delicious and the pool is a perfect spot to relax.

Spent Christmas in a charming hotel in the heart of a quaint hamlet amidst serene countryside. Traditional French cuisine served at dinner, which was a wonderful treat. The hotel's swimming pool was remarkable with a picturesque view of the hills. The rooms were cozy and neat. The location was exceptional as it was only a short drive to the popular town of Sarlat and its Christmas markets. Just what we needed to escape the bustling city scene!
We had to call for assistance as the coffee-making supplies were not in our room. In addition, some rooms in the hotel seemed to need a fresh coat of paint and some modernizing touches. It was hard to find staff at times. The prices of drinks and food were a little high at the hotel. All of this being said, we would happily return and recommend this charming haven.
